FNB is inviting final-year university students and recent graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Programme, one of South Africa's most recognised graduate development programmes in the banking sector. Unlike many graduate opportunities that are fixed-term contracts, successful candidates are appointed into permanent positions from the beginning while taking part in a structured development programme designed to accelerate their careers.

The programme gives graduates the opportunity to work on meaningful business projects, receive ongoing professional development and gain practical experience across various banking and technology-related business units. • Work on meaningful business projects and real-world challenges.
• Assist with analysing customer and financial data.

• Attend monthly development sessions and participate in action learning projects.
• Collaborate with teams across Retail and Commercial Banking.

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently in the final year of a university qualification or a recent graduate.
• Strong academic performance (academic transcript required).
• Curious, analytical, and willing to solve problems.
• South African ID or relevant identification.
