About this opportunity

FNB is inviting final-year university students and recent graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Programme, one of South Africa's most recognised graduate development programmes in the banking sector. Unlike many graduate opportunities that are fixed-term contracts, successful candidates are appointed into permanent positions from the beginning while taking part in a structured development programme designed to accelerate their careers.

The programme gives graduates the opportunity to work on meaningful business projects, receive ongoing professional development and gain practical experience across various banking and technology-related business units. Whether your interests are in data, finance, customer experience or technology, the programme is designed to help graduates develop practical skills while building long-term careers within FirstRand.
