Responsibilities

  • Maintain an academic average of at least 65% for annual renewal.
  • Participate in student engagement and workplace readiness training.
  • Complete a work-back obligation to Capitec for a period linked to the years of funding received.
  • Provide accurate information and disclose any other paid employment or changes in student status.

Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Must be 27 years old or younger by 31 December 2026.
  • Must be studying full-time during 2027.
  • Must be registered at a DHET or CHE registered university or private higher education institution.
  • Studying towards an NQF Level 7 Bachelor's Degree or Honours qualification.
  • Must have achieved at least 65% academic average.
  • Available to both current university students and Matric learners.
