• Complete required training modules towards a recognised qualification.

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be under the age of 30.
• Must be currently unemployed.
• Must have completed Matric.
• Must hold a BCom Economics, BCom Accounting, Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Diploma or Degree in Mathematics and Statistics, or a Diploma/Degree in Quantitative Analysis.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Clear credit record and no criminal record.
• Cannot be registered for full-time or part-time studies during the learnership.
• Must be willing to work in the Johannesburg area.
