Responsibilities

  • Work in a customer service environment and call centre operations.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions as part of the formal qualification.
  • Adhere to a shift-based roster (Friday to Monday, weekends, and public holidays).
  • Participate in dedicated weekly training days.
  • Provide professional assistance and problem-solving for clients.

Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Possess a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • Computer literate, including basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • No previous work experience.
  • Must have been unemployed during the last six months.

This programme follows a shift-based roster rather than normal office hours.

Learners should be prepared to work:

  • Friday to Monday shifts.
  • Weekend shifts as scheduled.
