Engineering Intern:

• Perform planned, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Conduct inspections and condition monitoring of plant equipment
• Assist with continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Quality Assurance Intern:

• Monitor online quality practices and complete check sheets
• Lead the team to deliver quality end products
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage complaints documentation
• Report deviations and advise on corrective actions
• Ensure employees adhere to food safety, GMP, and statutory requirements
• Train staff on quality policies and procedures
• Collect and manage retention samples

• Minimum of Grade 12
• National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or studying towards) for Engineering Intern
• National Diploma in Food Safety or related field (or studying towards) for Quality Assurance Intern
• Willing to work shifts and flexible hours
• Computer literate (basic MS Office)
• Sound decision-making skills, assertiveness, and confidence
• Ability to work under pressure and be a result-driven self-starter
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements is advantageous
