The internship is aimed at penultimate-year university students who are expected to graduate from December 2027 onwards and will take place during the January–February 2027 university vacation period in Johannesburg.

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is now accepting applications for its Summer Internship 2027 programme. Unlike typical internships that are limited to one department, P&G provides successful applicants the opportunity to work on real business projects across different parts of the company.

Interns will be based at the P&G Johannesburg Office in Sandton and will work alongside experienced professionals to solve business challenges and present their work at the end of the programme.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Present project results and findings to management at the end of the programme.

Requirements

  • Current Student: Must be currently enrolled at a university.
  • Academic Standing: Must be in their penultimate year of study (expected graduation from December 2027 onwards).
  • Performance: Strong academic record.
  • Analytical Thinking: Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work well within teams.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership through student organisations, community projects, or other initiatives.
