Responsibilities
- Participate in the learnership programme for National Certificate - Contact Centre Support - NQF 2.
- Support workplace components of the learnership.
- Complete behavioural assessments as part of the selection process.
Requirements
- Under 35 years old
- Completed Grade 12 with good academic results
- Ideally have at least one year of experience in a corporate environment
- Confident, well-spoken and professional
- Bubbly personality, positive energy and a can-do attitude
- Demonstrate strong cognitive ability, resilience and a willingness to learn
- Strong Mathematics results are advantageous but not a requirement
Location Preference:
