Responsibilities

  • Participate in the learnership programme for National Certificate - Contact Centre Support - NQF 2.
  • Support workplace components of the learnership.
  • Complete behavioural assessments as part of the selection process.

Requirements

  • Under 35 years old
  • Completed Grade 12 with good academic results
  • Ideally have at least one year of experience in a corporate environment
  • Confident, well-spoken and professional
  • Bubbly personality, positive energy and a can-do attitude
  • Demonstrate strong cognitive ability, resilience and a willingness to learn
  • Strong Mathematics results are advantageous but not a requirement

Location Preference:
They're looking for candidates who live close to the workplace to support reliable travel during the workplace component. Preferred areas include:

  • Diepsloot

  • Alexandra

  • Riverside

  • Cosmo City

  • Randburg
