TSU Group Holdings is accepting applications for the 2026 – 2027 Learnership Programme to award learning opportunities in the Private Security Industry. This opportunity is open to unemployed South Africans aged 18 – 29 years.
Selected candidates will be placed in one of the following tracks:
The programme includes classroom-based learning at an institute and on-the-job training, designed to prepare learners to operate as Security Officers.
Learners will participate in classroom-based learning and on-the-job training to gain hands-on experience in the private security industry. The programme prepares individuals to operate effectively as security officers.
