OUTsurance invites unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35 for this 18-month structured work-based learnership programme. Successful candidates will perform call center duties and attend mandatory on-site training sessions to gain experience in the financial and insurance industry.
You will receive a stipend of R9 000 per month. A fixed-term learnership agreement will be entered into for the duration of the programme.
Working Hours:
One day per week will be dedicated to full qualifications training on-site. Public duties apply on South African holidays unless it falls on a UK public holiday.
Eligibility: Candidates must be South African citizens and have been unemployed for the last 6 months.
