Citi South Africa Learnership Graduate Programme - ICRM Opportunity

Citi South Africa is seeking graduates to join its one-year Learnership Programme within the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team. The graduates will gain practical exposure in compliance risk management, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory frameworks.

• Core Responsibilities: Identify and assess compliance risks, support policy implementation, and analyse data for internal and external compliance standards.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks across business lines.

Candidates must have:

• An undergraduate degree with a GPA of 65% or above, or a master’s degree in any discipline.
• A maximum of one year of prior work experience (not required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
