The role involves championing valued customers to achieve their lifetime goals by identifying financial needs, providing sound advice, and recommending financial plans and solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing users to achieve their lifetime goals through financial advice.
  • Identifying the financial needs of customers (Prospecting).
  • Providing sound financial advice and consulting with customers.
  • Recommending and implementing financial plans and solutions (Strategic Selling).
  • Managing customer feedback, sales data, and strengthening relationships.

Requirements

  • Matriculation Certificate (Matric)
  • Ability to demonstrate action orientation, builds networks, and effectively communicates.
  • Committed to delivering high customer focus and decision quality.
  • The appointment will follow the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa.
