Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and operation of ATESS products.
  • Maintain regional equipment records and provide remote technical support.
  • Respond to on-site service requests, upgrades, and product modifications.
  • Diagnose and assist in resolving product faults and customer complaints.
  • Participate in customer site visits and technical support activities.
  • Participate in technical training and continuously develop product knowledge.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
  • Assist the technical team with commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Letter confirming completion of academic subjects/modules from their institution.
  • Letter confirming eligibility for in-service training, containing the applicant's details and relevant training requirements.
  • Updated CV.
  • Academic record/transcript.
  • Have completed all academic subjects/modules required for their qualification.
  • Be eligible and ready to undertake in-service training / workplace-based training as required by their institution.
  • Be studying towards or have completed a qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have an interest in power electronics, renewable energy, and energy storage systems.
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be willing to travel extensively within South Africa.
  • Have a valid South African driver's licence.
