Africa Beyond 4IR 12-Month Internship Programme 2026

Africa Beyond 4IR invites applications from suitably qualified graduates for a 12-month Internship Programme funded by MICT SETA. This programme provides practical workplace exposure, industry mentorship, and professional development opportunities within the MICT sector.

MICT SETA Sub-Sectors:

• Information Technology
• Advertising
• Electronics
• Film and Electronic Media
• Telecommunications
• Marketing Management
• Music Performance
• Music Composition and Studio Work

• Participate in a 12-month practical workplace exposure programme.
• Engage in industry mentorship.
• Participate in professional skills development activities.
• Gain technical exposure within the MICT sector.

Minimum Requirements:

• South African Citizen
• Unemployed graduate
• In possession of a relevant qualification (Three-year Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Higher Certificate, or Occupational Qualification NQF Level 5)
• Qualification aligned to the MICT SETA sub-sectors
• Not currently participating in any SETA-funded internship or learnership

Note: N4-N6 TVET students requiring Work Integrated Learning (WIL) are not eligible for this programme.
