Looking to kick-start your career in customer service? Clover is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its 2026 Call Centre Learnership Programme. This opportunity gives you the chance to gain real workplace experience while completing a nationally recognised NQF qualification in a professional customer service environment.

Successful candidates will be placed at Clover's Customer Service Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, where they'll receive practical on-the-job training along with structured classroom learning. By the end of the programme, learners will have valuable call centre experience and an NQF qualification to strengthen their CV.

• Assisting customers with enquiries and providing excellent service.
• Managing incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Processing customer orders accurately and on time.
• Confirming orders according to company procedures.
• Following up on customer concerns and resolving complaints.
• Updating customers on account-related matters when necessary.
• Working with different departments to resolve order issues.
• Promoting Clover and partner products based on customer needs.

• South African citizen.
• Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Matric completed within the past five years.
• A minimum average of 55% for both English and Mathematics.
• Good computer skills.
• Currently unemployed.
• Must not have completed a previous learnership.
• Applicants living in the West Rand area will have an added advantage.
